Healing the Heart Through the Heart of Nature

"Your heart was meant to break; its purpose is to burst open again and again,
so that it can hold ever more wonders"
The Return of the Mother

About the class

Saturday, Aug. 22 ~ 10 am – 4 pm
"The heart has reason that reason knows not of," so 17th century philosopher Pascal told us. Science has now discovered that the heart has its own little brain. In this fascinating day in nature, join naturalist and ecopsychologist Rich Silver as we explore the powers of the human heart and the sense of healing and wholeness that we can experience when our heart resonates with the heart of Nature.
Lunch & transportation to site included, $49.

"The gold comes to the place where the injury was and is ... I find this idea to be a truly amazing concept. The idea that the human being’s wound and genius are located at the same place. From this spot where we are wounded, we will give our main gift to the community and the world."
Robert Bly

We will settle into a beautiful local nature setting where we will spend our time with some teaching, some personal experiencing and group sharing that will bring us a deeper sense of belonging to the world and healing of the heart. Participants will learn how to honor our own "sacred wounds," and the gift arising from them. We will discover how accessing the wisdom of the heart opens us up to the entire Universe and its support in bringing our gifts to the world.

"Thank you so much Rich. I haven't been pain-free in 20 years, and after your workshop I am.”
J.A., Workshop Participant
