Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due at time of reservation.  $100 of your payment is a non-refundable processing fee.  At this time we accept personal checks, money orders, cashier checks and payments through PayPal*.  Please make them payable to University of Earth, LLC, PO Box 52, Graeagle, CA 96103.  Upon reservation request we will hold the cabin pending receipt of payment for 7 days, after which time the cabin will be available for other reservation requests.  During our high season, June 15-September 15, reservations must be secured with payment by credit card or PayPal* immediately.

If you cancel your reservation, the remaining balance is refundable 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  Cancellation of your reservation made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will receive 50% of the remaining balance.  Cancellations after 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will be subject to loss of the entire remaining balance.

We do not carry-over reservation payments into the following calendar year.  If we can accomodate you with rescheduled dates, we will be happy to do so.
